BIOLABELER WEB / BETA
A record. A label. A PDF.
Specimen records, previews and standard PDF downloads are free. No login. This beta does not reproduce every Windows feature.
Label contents are printed as entered, without translation or taxonomy matching. Browser storage belongs to this device and site. Back up important records.

Labels & PDF
Standard PDF: freeData / identification: 20×10 mm. Collection: 20×5 mm. Text automatically fits within each label. The on-screen preview is enlarged.
A4 at actual size. Print at “Actual size / 100%” and test your printer. PDF labels use lossless text rasterization at 600 dpi.
Batch PDF and rewarded ads
Multi-specimen batch PDFs are planned as an optional, one-use reward from an official rewarded ad. Ad inventory and consent integration are not connected, so this option is disabled. Standard PDFs, records and backups remain usable without ads.
Backups & CSV
Download backups to protect records from cleared browser data or a device change. Restoring a web-only JSON backup replaces the current web records. CSV import adds records.
Web data and purchases do not automatically sync with the Windows app. The browser retains the previous saved snapshot, but this is not a substitute for an external backup.
Web beta limits: 5,000 records, 100 folders, and up to 100 sets of one specimen per standard PDF. CSV is the web format; formula-looking values are prefixed for spreadsheet safety. JSON backups preserve the original values.
